We believe anyone can benefit from counseling. People seek therapy for a wide range of reasons, from stress management to help with a specific diagnosis. You may especially benefit from counseling if you feel you have a problem that is too big or complex to handle alone, if you have tried numerous strategies and have found no lasting change, or you are seeking to deepen self-awareness and make meaningful life changes.

This depends on the situation of each client. For example, if someone is currently going through a crisis, we could meet as often as twice in one week. Most of the time, however, clients will come in once a week or every other week. Some people might only need to come in once a month.
For those seeking group, couples or family counseling, they might come in for individual counseling one week and then group, couples, or family counseling the next. We will discuss your unique situation and develop a plan together. -
It depends. You may want to work through the stress of a particular event, and when that feels resolved, feel ready to stop meeting. Or, you may find you prefer to meet indefinitely. The setup and timeframe we have is up to us!

Not at this time. However, we can provide you with a superbill, which is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company to seek partial reimbursement.
